Ardent Preschool & Daycare of Town Madison is anticipated to open in August 2025, pending construction completion and licensing approval. Please note that this location is not yet licensed, and no childcare services will be offered at Town Madison until all required licenses are obtained. By joining the waitlist at our fully licensed Clift Farms or Redstone campuses, your family will be among the first to be contacted when enrollment opens at Town Madison. During the application process, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate your interest in transferring to the Town Madison campus once it is officially licensed and open. We will provide ongoing updates to interested families as the opening date approaches and will notify waitlisted families with the official enrollment timeline as soon as licensing is approved.

Ardent Preschool & Daycare of Town Madison is set to open at the end of 2025. Please note that the Town Madison location is not yet licensed, and no childcare services will be offered or provided at that location until all required licenses are obtained. By joining the waitlist for Ardent Preschool & Daycare – Clift Farms or Redstone, you are securing a spot for potential enrollment at our fully licensed Clift Farms or Redstone location. As part of this agreement, you will have the option to transfer your child to our Town Madison location once it has completed the licensing process. As the opening date approaches, updates will be sent to all interested families. Upon the Town Madison location’s licensing approval, we will notify families of the enrollment timeline.

Clift Farms is a planned development community, and is subject to various covenants, conditions and restrictions, including those contained in the Clift Farms Community Operating Agreement recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate for Madison County, Alabama (the “COA”). The COA requires the collection of a development fee of 3% on each retail sale at this establishment. o This application will only be processed when accompanied by the non-refundable fee(s) above. This waitlist application is non-transferable and is valid only for the selected Ardent campus. Parents who are interested in being placed on multiple Ardent waitlists must complete an application and pay the accompanying fee(s) for each desired campus. A waitlist application is valid for only 18 months. During this period, parents are allowed to defer the start date established by the campus only one time. Upon this request, the family’s spot on the waitlist will be moved to the bottom. If a second deferral of the established start date is requested by a family, a new application and fee will need to be submitted.
