We are so excited to have you as a part of the Ardent Team! Ardent is a very special place when it comes to providing excellent child care to the hundreds of families that we serve. Your passion for children in their most formative (early leaning) years and enthusiasm for teaching will go far beyond the four walls of Ardent. Each day, you will be contributing to the building of a strong foundation of both faith and early childhood education.

Our desire is for Ardent to be the home away from home for the little ones for whom we provide care. Nurturing, loving, teaching, encouraging, and equipping are all a part of what Ardent does best!

To jump start your training at Ardent, begin with the Teacher Orientation video and the first two training modules. After that you will begin the official Ardent 10 Days of Training! This training process will serve as an introduction to the Ardent Way (the how and what of our program) and your Classroom Coordinator will work very closely with you during this time as well as pair you with one of our teaching mentors!
