Ardent Preschool respects your privacy. When you visit our website, fill out a form, or contact us, we may collect personal information like your name, phone number, email address, and your child’s care needs.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage waitlist or enrollment requests, and provide updates via email or text. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from us about enrollment, scheduling, or center updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We don’t sell your information. We only share it with trusted service providers (like Twilio) to deliver services. We use security measures to protect your data. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Ardent Preschool and Daycare does not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us e-mail, participating in a survey, or completing an on-line form. Forms may be used to inquire about admission, submit an enrollment application, register for an event, register for an extracurricular activity, update account information, or process payments. Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. When a user submits personally identifiable information it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection.
CONSENT
Where consent for the use and disclosure of personal information is required, the school will seek consent from the appropriate person. In the case of a student’s personal information, the school will seek consent from the parent or guardian.
