Ardent Preschool respects your privacy. When you visit our website, fill out a form, or contact us, we may collect personal information like your name, phone number, email address, and your child’s care needs.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage waitlist or enrollment requests, and provide updates via email or text. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from us about enrollment, scheduling, or center updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We don’t sell your information. We only share it with trusted service providers (like Twilio) to deliver services. We use security measures to protect your data. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payment Processing Fee Disclosure
For your convenience, Ardent Preschool offers multiple payment methods. Please note that payment processing fees are charged by our third-party payment processor and, when applicable, are collected at the time of payment and passed through to the processor. Ardent Preschool does not retain these fees.
- ACH/Bank Transfer: A $1.00 processing fee applies to each ACH transaction.
- Credit/Debit Cards: A processing fee of 3% + $0.30 applies to each card transaction.
These processing fees are the responsibility of the payer and are non-refundable, including for reversed, declined, disputed, or refunded transactions, to the extent the processor does not return the fee. By submitting payment, you authorize Ardent Preschool to collect and remit the applicable processing fee based on your selected payment method.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION/ INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Ardent Preschool and Daycare does not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us e-mail, participating in a survey, or completing an on-line form. Forms may be used to inquire about admission, submit an enrollment application, register for an event, register for an extracurricular activity, update account information, or process payments. Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. When a user submits personally identifiable information it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection. Information that may be collected: Name, Email address, Phone number (if provided), IP address, General location, Information submitted through forms (which may include a child’s name, date of birth, medical information, and other sensitive details), Social media profile information (if publicly available and you interact with the Site via social platforms), Device and usage data (e.g., browser type, referring URLs, mobile device model, Internet provider, usage details), User-generated content (e.g., feedback, form messages, photos). We may also collect anonymous and aggregated data that does not directly identify you.
